But be mindful that buyers not only need to see an attractive space online but must make a emotional connection with the space once they walk in the door. Consider hiring a professional staging company who will understand the kind of target buyer and tailor the interiors to highlight the positives and hide the negatives of the space. I have worked recently on a $3.6m condo in Miami and hired thecurated.group/home-staging to stage the entire 3200 square ft. The property went under contract with the first showing and closed in less than 6 weeks from listing! While professional staging is not inexpensive it definitely the best investment, because it will help your seller maximize their return on investment.
